All About Me

Terumi Aramaki, the founder of SEDA G.K., has been the certified instructor of DECO Clay Craft Academy since 2019. And her mother, Keiko, is also a certified instructor since 2008.

DECO Clay Craft was designated as a new genre in the handicraft industry in 1981. In 1997, DECO original clay was introduced to the clay-crafting field. This ultra-lightweight clay is extremely easy to work with and enables crafters to handle and use modeling techniques taught by DECO, resulting in high-quality works of art. Terumi believes we can integrate the clay-crafted flowers with the advanced flower vases manufactured by a 3D modeling tool. There is no limitation to making art items using ultra-lightweight clay and a variety of 3D printing filaments. SEDA wants to contribute to a society where all people are working as creators, creating and using unique items for daily use to improve quality of life.
